started his career with SWEET Industries in September 2007 as Assistant Lamination Operator. In November 2008, he left SWEET Industries for HITRAKI Industries as Lamination Operator. He has extensive operational knowledge of Nord Mechanica Super Simplex solvent less machine. He worked with HITRAKI Industries from November 2008 to March 2011.At HITRAKI Industries, he was the Team Leader of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) in which he provides intensive training on OPL (One-point Lesson) significance and the impact on machines/equipment downtime reduction.

He joined UFLEX Ltd in April 2011 as Lamination Junior Engineer.UFLEX Ltd is the biggest Flexible Packaging Company in India. He achieved 5% Quarterly reduction in Production cost. He was promoted to the post of Manager in charge of Lamination in 2015.He was in this Position when he joined Anudu Plastics Nigeria Ltd as Lamination/Conversion Manager in December 2018.In Anudu Plastics Nigeria Ltd, he was Instrumental to increase efficiency in Recycling Plant. He has optimized the Lamination/Conversion section Human Capital.
